Построен Путиловским заводом в 1902 г. Основная серия грузовых паровозов дореволюционной России, построено не менее 8 тыс. шт. Во время Великой Отечественной войны использовался в составе бронепоезда. Поступил в музей из локомотивного депо Калининград в 1999 г. Музей железнодорожной техники, Санкт-Петербург
