Čeština: vlajka obce Bělotín , okres Přerov , Olomoucký kraj .

„List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, zelený, žlutý a zelený, v poměru 2:1:1. V horním pruhu v žerďové a střední části čtyři do oblouku položené bílé luční květy. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.“ ^[1]

Deutsch: Hissflagge der tschechischen Gemeinde Bělotín (Bölten), Bezirk Prerau , Olmützer Region .

Flaggenbeschreibung: „Das Flaggentuch besteht aus drei waagerechten Streifen - grün, weiß und grün - im Verhältnis 1 : 2 : 1, belegt mit einem rotes Kreuz, das ein Drittel so hoch ist wie der weiße Streifen. Das Verhältnis von Höhe zu Länge beträgt 2:3.“

Das Abgeordnetenhaus des Parlaments der Tschechischen Republik genehmigte Wappen und Flagge am 29. März 1995.
