English:
Van Hise Hall on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison was built in 1967, has 19 stories, and stands 241 feet tall. It houses foreign language and literature departments as well as the linguistics and classics departments. The bottom 5 floors are mostly classrooms, although Learning Support Services are on the second floor. The 17th and 18th floors house the administration of the University of Wisconsin System. The University's campus master plan foresees the demolition of the building.
