English: SAN DIEGO (Aug. 5, 2008) A Basic Crewman Training (BCT) student demonstrates underwater knot tying skills during water proficiency training at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. BCT is the first phase of the Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC) training pipeline. SWCCs operate and maintain the Navy's inventory of state-of-the-art, high-performance boats used to support SEALs in special operations missions worldwide.
