English: NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 21, 2007) - The Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Little Rock's Ceremonial Color Guard parades the colors to officially open a ceremony. During the ceremony, North Little Rock Mayor Patrick Henry Hays gave Navy representatives a proclamation officially naming May 21-28 as Little Rock Navy Week. Little Rock Navy Week is being conducted with cooperation between the Navy Office of Community Outreach, Navy Recruiting District Nashville and NOSC Little Rock. Navy weeks are designed to show American’s the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
