Pacific Ocean (Sept. 23, 2004) - Airman Camilo Torres, of Brooklyn, N.Y., participates in a scheduled “Prevent” course aboard aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). The Prevent course gives Sailors a forum to talk with fellow shipmates about destructive behaviors such as: tobacco, alcohol, financial habits, and drugs. Instructors for the Prevent course are brought aboard Nimitz during underway periods as well as in port.
