English: Boston, Mass. (June 25, 2004) - Secretary of the Navy, Gordon R. England and his wife, accompanied by British Ambassador, Sir David Manning and his wife, look on as the British frigate HMS Cornwall (F 99) crew, performs a traditional sunset flag-lowering ceremony. The Secretary and Ambassador also toured Constitution, Bunker Hill, and were honored guests at a reception held aboard HMS Cornwall.
