Super Jolly Green Giant
(s/n 68-10933, callsign "Knife 13") of the 21st Special Operations Squadron. The crew of five and the 18 passengers airmen died when the helicopter crashed 64 km west of the airfield on 14 May 1975 due to a mechanical malfunction, about one hour after this photo was taken. A main rotor blade separated from head in flight.
