Description
Español: Torre del palacio del infante don Fadrique de Castilla (1223-1277), es junto a las Atarazanas Reales de Sevilla y el Palacio Gótico de los Reales Alcázares de Sevilla el monumento más antiguo de la ciudad. Se descarta una función defensiva, y posiblemente el diseño es de un arquitecto siciliano. Don Fadrique permaneció cinco años en la corte de su tío, el emperador Federico II , donde probablemente tomó el modelo de torre palacial para su futura residencia, que posteriormente localizaría en la conquistada Ishbīliya
