English: Tom Fink (born 1928) is an American retired politician. Fink served as speaker of the Alaska House of Representatives in the 1970s and later served as mayor of Anchorage, Alaska . Unlike the other photo of Fink recently uploaded, this one shows him wearing his trademark bow tie , even though it's partially cropped out.
