Građevina tipa vile, oktogonalnog oblika koja je u sebi nosila obiežja objekta javnog karaktera, otkrivena je tokom 1987 i 1988. između turske tvrđave i kompleksa tehničkih fakulteta, na lokalitetu "Gradsko polje" oko 300 m u smeru severozapada od središnjeg dela antičkog grada Naisa.
