El Teatro Victoria fue el primer teatro permanente en Humacao. Se construyó entre 1917 y 1921 para un costo de $28,000 dólares. Abrió sus puertas en 1928 como una sala de artes escénicas. Se encuentra ubicado en la calle Ulises Martinez, frente a la plaza pública de Humacao. En este lugar se presentó en 1935 el cantante, compositor y actor de cine Carlos Gardel. Se convirtió en un cine hasta su clausura en 1964. A pesar de los intentos por restaurar este edificio histórico, al presente se encuentra en deterioro.
