The statue was found at the site of the pyramid of Djedefre at Abu Rawash . He was a half-brother of hers who married her to become pharaoh after her earlier husband, Kawab, died. This statue is considered by some to be the first example of a Sphinx and is in the collection of the Cairo Museum | ||
