Summary
Description South Indian tea (5399611578).jpg |
Dust #1 is the cheapest but in my opinion the most aromatic part of tea production with full, dense aroma and colour. The real thing for everyday's enjoyment. Milk and sugar are essential. If you need some kind of *artistic* feel and stimulus then you should take something in between Green Tea and Broken Orange Pekoe. No milk ! No sugar, if possible! Variations with Dust #1 are many, like adding a pinch of freshly chopped ginger, few seeds of cardamom; cinnamon, cloves ... or even some ganja. |
