Rexall Bay Rum, 58% alcohol "for external use only," originally used as a way to duck the prohibition of alcohol during the Prohibition era in the United States. Photo taken at "Stills in the Hills", a 2012 exhibit about bootlegging during the Prohibition era in the United States, at White River Valley Museum, Auburn, Washington. This particular bottle is NOT from the prohibition era. It dates to the 1950s - 60s.
