in Sullivan and Luzerne Counties, Pennsylvania in the United States. Pennsylvania Route 487 is the highway running vertically along the left side of the image. North is up. Lakes are Lake Jean (top left), Mud Pond (top center, now part of a larger Lake Jean), Lake Leigh (top right, drained in 1956) and Lake Rose (middle left, drained in 1969). Lake Rose drains into Ganoga Glen and Lake Leigh drains into Glen Leigh, these valleys meet at Waters Meet and Ricketts Glen is south and downstream of that).
