Summary
Description RangoonStreetView.jpg | This view from the Custom House front balcony shows the Sule Pagoda at right and in the distance, at left, is the Shwe-da-gon Pagoda, Rangoon's largest and most elaborate. In the immediate foreground, lower right corner of photograph, is the wing structure of a U.S. P-51 Mustang fighter that crashed there, slamming up against the side if the Custom House. We had no indication about the fate of the pilot. |
