I always wondered why Leatherbacks and other wildlife have difficulties to distinguish between their favorite food (jellyfish) and plastic bags. Then I stumbled about this "organism" swimming in the marine harbour of St Michael`s Mount, Cornwall, UK. Picture shows unmodified decaying plastic bag, in a marine environment.
