Peter Anker deltok på notabelmøtet 16. feb 1814, sammen med broren Carsten (eier av Eidsvoll Verk) og fetteren Peder Anker. Peter Anker var generalguvernør i den danske kolonien Trankebar i India, 1788-1807. Grått hår, rød uniform m/epåletter i sølv.
Holder en tosnutet hatt m/fjær i høyre hånd. Uniformen er generalsuniform fra Trankebar, 1801.
