Раньше в парке им. 28 панфиловцев, вдоль этой разделительной аллеи росли липы, однако они были вырублены в 2013 году с целью замены их на ели. В итоге были вырублены все липы, и посажены ели. Как напоминание о былой липовой аллее, осталось две липы.
