Description PRR Freight Building Philly.JPG | Pennsylvania Railroad Freight Building on NRHP since October 28, 1999. At 3118–3198 Chestnut Street just west of the Schuylkill River, just east of the Hajoca building (also on the NRHP). Handled the freight business for the Pennsylvania Railroad (30th street station 2 blocks north), converted to housing. Plaque on building says it is one of the largest buildings on NRHP to be converted to housing. It is very large. In University City area of Philadelphia |
