Description Milwaukee Road Skytop observation car 1968.JPG | Photo of the Skytop observation/lounge cars that ran on the Hiawatha named trains of the Chicago, Milwaukee, and St. Paul Railroad. These cars went into service in 1948, and were painted in the Union Pacific color scheme in 1955. Pictured is the Priest Rapids car, #189, at the Milwaukee depot in Milwaukee in 1968. Two years later, these Skytop cars were scrapped. |
