For the record, the "55 Baker Street" seen in the TIFF marks this as an Elliott & Fry photo. Joseph John Elliott died 30 March 1903; Clarence Edmund Fry died 1897, and if it's not them, then it's anonymous. Hence, this is

- ↑ If this was from 1913, she should be about 66, which seems doubtful. It's similar to a photo from 1892 seen in the gallery at the bottom of this "Newnham News" article , as well as a circa 1870 photograph from https://inews.co.uk/news/suffragist-millicent-fawcett-honoured-parliament-square-statue/ There are photographs of her looking older than this, e.g. the one in http://standardissuemagazine.com/in-the-news/10-things-know-millicent-fawcett/ - Of course, it doesn't really matter.
