Summary
Description Milas Gumuskesen 4840.jpg |
English:
The Gümüşkesen is a Roman tomb, from the 2nd century BC. It is reportedly built along the lines of the Halikarnassos Mausoleum, but on a much smaller scale. This is in a room under the more ostentatious upper floor. I guess this may have been where formerly sarcophagi stood.
