Yu Jose, Professor at the Department of Political Science and at the Japan Studies Program in Ateneo de Manila University, a decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon at a Conferment Ceremony held at the Ambassador's residence in Forbes Park, Makati, on June 13, 2012.
