Summary
Description Longfellow School Philly.JPG |
English:
Henry Longfellow School in Philadelphia on the NRHP since November 18, 1988. At 5004–5098 Tacony Street in the NE Philly neighborhood of Frankford. The school is almost under the Delaware Expressway (I-95) and on the other side of I-95 is the Sunoco Chemical refinery. The rest of the neighborhood is just depressing. School now closed. The steel beam in the picture supports I-95 and does not touch the school. The shadow is I-95.
