An armoured North American T-28D-5 plane at Long Tieng airfield, Laos, in September 1972. The aircraft was originally produced for the U.S. Navy as T-28B, BuNo 138249. It was later converted to a T-28D-10 and transferred to the Royal Laotian Air Force as O-38249. It was written off on 16 November 1972 when it rolled into the Convair C-123B "374" at Long Tieng. |
