O Seminário Nacional, Mais Sucesso Escolar, criado pelo Ministério da Educação, como medida de combate ao insucesso escolar, apoia o desenvolvimento de projectos de escola, tendo como referência os modelos Fénix e TurmaMais. Decorreu no Grande Auditório do ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa e contou coma presença da Ministra da Educação, Isabel Alçada e o Reitor do ISCTE-IUL, Luís Reto.
