Description
English: Historical Markers in NYS - Places President George Washington noted in his journal and were later placemarked on long Island. Hart's Tavern was his final stop on the south shore before turning north to Koram (sic) and Setakit (sic), (Coram and Setauket). The tour began on April 20th and last until April 25th. Manhattan to Jamaica, Amityville, (Copaigue), Sayville and Patchogue. Setauket, Huntington, Roslyn and Flushing.
