English: "High resolution computed tomography (HRCT) images of the lower chest in a 16 year-old boy (Case 2) at presentation (A), and 8 weeks later after a 6-week course of erythromycin 250 mg twice daily. The bilateral bronchiectasis and prominent centri-lobular nodules with a tree-in-bud pattern shows marked improvement on the follow-up scan."
