| Description |
English:
The fish don't have much of a chance in the Gère river given the number of fishermen... that being said... barbed hooks are forbidden and fish must be thrown back into the river (in the best conditions... presumably after having received a bellyrub

). This fisherman had been posted in the middle of the river downstream (nearer to the former foundry
[2]
) when I went to take a photo of the
weir
(
fr.
seuil
). When I left he was once again posted in the middle of the river, but this time above the cascade.
