Gingham,_wide-set_(orange),_offset,_zoomed_out.png

Summary

Description

The classic gingham pattern is equal porportions of white and some other colour, but a common variant in the fashion trade is a wider setting with a lot more white than the other colour (here illustrated with orange), to form a more lattice-like appearance. This image is not just full-sett and is not tileable; this is zoomed out a little and offset to show the pattern better, and for comparison with other tartans given the same treatment.

This is a normal, mirroring tartans. The thread count used was, in slash notation, /W100 O20/ or in bold notation W 100 O 20
