Description
English: Estonian Defense Forces soldiers from Company C, Single Scouts Infantry Battalion lay down covering fire as they prepare to assault a building Sep. 4 at Murru Vangra, an abandoned prison in Rummu, Estonia. The Estonian Scouts Battalion rehearsed with American paratroopers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade in preparation for a night raid training mission at the prison. The raid was part of Steadfast Javelin II, a NATO exercise involving more than 2,000 troops from nine nations conducting various training missions across Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
