Description The "color" version of the Flag of the Vice President of the United States , defined in Executive Order 11884 . The color is a ceremonial version, with a 2.5 inch fringe around three edges, and displayed with an ornamental flagstaff and tassels. This is typically the version seen in the Vice President's office. The U.S. Army specifies the dimensions of the color as 4 feet 4 inches by 5 feet 6 inches (not counting the fringe).
