List tvoří pět vodorovných pruhů, bílý, červený pilovitý, modrý vlnitý, bílý vlnitý a černý zvlněný, v poměru 8:3:1:1:1. Do bílého pruhu vyniká černá orlice s červenou zbrojí, držící v pravém pařátu kosmo bílý meč se žlutým jílcem a v levém šikmo žlutý klíč zuby k vlajícímu okraji.
