This is a flag for Ansar al-Islam (formerly known as Jama'at Ansar al-Sunnah), a terrorist organization in Iraq. This flag was seen in the
massacre of 12 Nepali workers in 2004.
The flag features the shahada on top of it. In the middle of the flag it says "Army of Ansar al-Sunnah". And in the bottom of the flag it says "Ali ibn Abi Talib Battalion".
