L'insigne reproduit le drapeau d'asur a l'etoile d'or, bordure de gueules qui forme cimier entre les tetes de tigres, stylises, formant support, le champ de l'ecu est asur a une tese de tigre or surmonree des initiales : "Q.D.Q.G.V.N."].
