The fields surrounding the Italian town of Borgo Val di Taro , Parma . Hay is grown and harvested around the area for animal feed required during winter. Cattle are a very important resource in the cities and towns surrounding Parma , where the ancient, highly prized cheese Parmigiano Reggiano is made. Taken by me in September 2006 . |
