English: False morel ( Gyromitra esculenta ) mushroom sauce served with early potatoes, carrots and leek. Before preparing the sauce, the mushrooms have been boiled and rinsed twice in copious water, per the official Finnish preparation instructions, to leach away the poisonous gyromitrin in them.
Deutsch: Pilzsoße aus Frühjahrslorcheln ( Gyromitra esculenta ), serviert mit frühen Kartoffeln, Karotten und Lauch. Entsprechend den offiziellen finnischen Zubereitungsanweisungen zum Auslaugen des giftigen Gyromitrins haben die Pilze vor der Zubereitung der Sauce zweimal in reichlich Wasser gekocht.
