Summary

Description The U.S. Navy Grumman F-14A Tomcat of Fighter Squadron VF-143 "Pukin´ Dogs" fires an AIM-54A Phoenix missile at a North American QF-86F Sabre pilotless target aircraft (not visible) during an exercise over the Atlantic Fleet Weapons Training Center off Puerto Rico. VF-143 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 7 (CVW-7) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69).
