TALLADEGA, Ala. -- The Wood Brothers Racing Team conduct a 10-second pit stop on the No. 21 Air Force-sponsored NASCAR. The car was recently driven by Ricky Rudd at Talladega Superspeedway on Oct. 2. Four firefighters from Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., are among a group of firefighters from all over the country who travel each spring and fall to keep NASCAR drivers and race teams safe.
