Discussed adding image to Wikicommons with copyright holder Wellington City Libraries. Pointed out the difference in Creative Commons licenses required by Wikicommons. They gave written permission via Twitter twice reassuring me they were happy for the image to be uploaded into Wikicommons so long as there was a link back to the source of the image.
