| Description | ARUSHA, Tanzania - Nearly 300 participants of the International Military HIV/AIDS Conference in Arusha, Tanzania, listen to a presentation by Thomas Walsh, Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, April 12. Representatives from 60 multinational militaries, the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Africa Command, and non-governmental organizations were in attendance to develop a joint strategy for combating this global pandemic.
