Regierungspräsidenten in Aurich
genehmigt. Der Wellenbalken steht für den
Sauteler Kanal

Tjalk
für die jahrhundertelange Schifffahrtstradition an der
Ems
und auf den Fehnen. Die Ähren symbolisieren die Kultivierung der Moorlandschaft zu fruchtbaren Ackerland.
