Object history

Deutsch: Das Grün des Schildes und die drei goldenen Weizenähren symbolisieren den ländlichen Charakter der Gemeinde. In der silbernen Mauer befindet sich ein offenes Tor mit flachem Bogen. Diese hohen Torbögen sind typisch für Bördehöfe. Da in Eggersdorf zahlreiche dieser Tore erhalten sind, wurde das offene Flachbogentor zum Wappensymbol der Gemeinde erkoren.
