Cette photo à été prise dans la Tribu de Tiéti à Poindimié en Nouvelle-Calédonie. Le bougna est un plat contenant des tubercules (taro, igname, manioc, patate douce ... ) ainsi que du lait de noix de coco, les bougna peuvent être accompagné de crevette, poulet, cerf. Ils sont le plus souvent cuits dans un feu de bois sous des cailloux chauffés.
La tribu de Tiéti est une des plus grande tribu du village de Poindimié. Elle est située en province nord de la Nouvelle-Calédonie sur la côte est entre la commune de Ponerihouen et Touho.
