Image taken with an FEI Tecnai F20 G2 electron microscope using a Tietz 4k x 4k CCD camera at a defocus of -2.5 micrometers at 50,000X magnification. Image is unfiltered but shrunk for the original size 4096x4096 to 1024x1024. This image, id: 08mar29a_00037gr_00007sq_v01_00002cs_00_00019en_00.mrc, is part of a data set that I collected on w:March 29 , 2008 at AMI, which part of the w:The Scripps Research Institute .
