Summary

Description
English: Growth of the natural logarithm of world fossil fuel CO 2 emissions with gigatons CO 2 per year on right. Although such emissions have been increasing since 1850 at an overall rate of about 3% per year, periods of distinctly different growth (broken at 1913, 1945, and 1973) are evident.
