The summit of Cannibal Plateau looking west-southwest. It is located in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado. This broad mountain, elevation 12,533 ft (3,820 m), is within the Powderhorn Wilderness. Seen beyond the summit are higher peaks west of Lake City, including Uncompahgre Peak, the highest summit in the San Juan Mountains.
