an annotated representation in black and blue ink with lines to indicate, with typed letters and numbers in black, of a posited aerial craft. The capitalized lettered annoations read:
"Dark grey solid looking, sharp angles, sharp edge, saucer section appeared hollow, this shape very clearly seen when lower in elevation and approx 3200 ft. distant., impression that this shell being waved as in light metal welding" one of the annotations shows a errata which is overlaid to obscure. The word obscured is presumed to be the word: contours the head of the page shows, in typeface: a double hyphen indication "3", with a sub. indication "b" preceding the words: "Diagram or sketch of sighting (if possible)" there are marks in black ink in the upper right quadrant of the image which are have no meaning to the intended representation (presumed ink leaks) the visual representation is in black ink, and shows shading |
